During his tenure at Harvard, Dr. Climov contributed to the future of medicine through studies in skin bioengineering and microsurgery. His work earned him prestigious grants and a position as an Instructor in Surgery at Harvard, solidifying his reputation as both a clinician and a scientist. He later completed his Plastic Surgery residency at West Virginia University before being selected for an elite, Aesthetic Society-endorsed fellowship at the Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery in Houston—one of the most competitive programs in the nation.
